The need for digital library planning becomes clear as facility standards (Metcalf, Keyes D., Cohen, Elaine & Aaron) change. The creation of a comprehensive digital strategy should begin with the library staff, but as more intensive work increases a Digital Library Analysis becomes unavoidable. Our associates are experienced educators, librarians and IT planners. They are current and retired librarians who have planned their own libraries and incorporated digital services. Library space plans and feasibility studies have been used by the National Library of Singapore, FDA, NATO, Teton County Library System, Buffalo and Erie County, Broward County, Berks County, Spokane Washington and Las Vegas Clark County, Fuller Theological Seminary, University of California, Eastern Michigan University, Long Island University and University of Illinois Chicago and Champaign-Urbana.

Aaron Cohen's "Library as Place" research started in the 1970's when the Cohens first explored sustainable facility models. The Cohens' insightful planning studies have been used to initiate growth (Spokane Public Library, Las Vegas Clark County Library System). Some of their innovative concepts included early computer labs (Tuffs University), information kiosks (Museum of Modern Art), collaborative workspace (C.W. Post), the information commons (National Agricultural Library), and video conferencing research (Argonne National Laboratories). Link to Library Research Our
