The Design Thinking Workshop is a methodology developed by IDEO and enhanced by SAP to help businesses, educators, marketing and communication experts and sales administrators develop the next generation business.  The workshop will define benchmarks and trends.  We will show how to layer technologies that can be integrated into the organizational environment (technology, collections, staff, space, etc.).
