One of the biggest obstacles people face when determining how their community will receive a new library is answering the initial question: &#8220;How do I get started?.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop trusting teams to ensure that you have the broadest information possible. <\/li>\n<li>Find outside experts who can provide feedback to make sure your foundation is solid.\n<\/li>\n<li>Kick off the process with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acohen.com\/\">library consultant<\/a>; professionals who provide strategies for improvement.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Strategies that help your stakeholders share their enthusiasm for the library will help you define your goals.  Their critiques on how to deliver<b> knowledge service<\/b> is from experience. You can study their environment to create the kind of future that is needed.  When your community engages in planning discussions you learn from their knowledge.  When you Start a project be sure to include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff in the planning process. <\/li>\n<li>Community members; people who use the library <\/li>\n<li>Computer users<\/li>\n<li>People who read books <\/li>\n<li>Who is using the library to get online?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We can help you start to address workflow issues, because we have a process to generate innovative and creative solutions.  We can help you make a persuasive case for improving the library&#8217;s future and develop conceptual designs to provide a roadmap for the future. <\/p>\n<p>We know that reducing the ambiguity will improve the architectural design.
